I know the time lapse between my posts are extremely shameful.. but I have morphed into a strange young adult who works 5 nights a week and also has to deal with classes.. On a happier note I am kinda back, well hopefully anyway as I want to start blogging again ^___^ possibly about music I find artists etc. So to start with. I was in a bit of a random Salemish mood today and so I listened to his albums back to back belting the notes out with the vitality of an overexcited puppy (badly, as always) and thought: apart from collaborations with avicii and such, where has the artist of my youth actually gone? and then I found this video.

As over the years my Swedish has gotten quite rusty I don't quite know what he's saying (maybe Phil can come to the rescue with it at some point later) but Salem is still alive and kicking which is awesome!! I don't mind that he's taking some time out its just good to see him :3

I know. Random title. but I just went on my Myspace (I don't really use it :S) but anyway to the point. As soon as I went on it "It's True" started playing and now I have this stupid smile on my face. It just goes to show sometimes you just need to listen to a original song to be reminded of how COOL and SPECIAL it really is. Salem's new songs are in the words of moi "teh awesumnezz" but listening to one of his originals from This Is Who I Am is just too classic to dismiss :D

Porty-fo-leo

yes I did spell that wrong on purpose one of the many random things I do is try to incorporate my own style into the english language for example Laura aka Europecray can tell you that I like to make up my own words my favourite being Roxiical which I use over and over again to describe his royal Roxiicalness Salem or Sir Salem or King Salem who really knows...well he's all that and more so there isn't really one single way to decsribe him but I think Roxiical suits him best the word being a mix of magical and Roxy the name of the most hilarious songs I have ever heard written by his royal roxiicalness (of course) and it has only just occured to me that this has nothing to do with my porty-fo-leo...yes so back to the porty (LMAO that sounds hilarious) it is being completed but it may take me at least 2 weeks even though I have been drawing like there is nothing else to do in this world apart from listening to Salem's music (uh..DUH LIKE OBVIOUSLY) and my room is getting turned into the secret garden full of paper and my bed and everything is covered in paper and pencils and tubes of paint (I think you must get the picture by now so I'm gonna stop) so yeah to really say it'as going quite well and now to go back to the garden to plant more trees...byeee xxx
